The “Savonneries Bruxelloises” have set up their first shop in the Galeries! The contemporary design of the shop highlights the know-how, quality and tradition of the factory, which was founded in 1926.
The entire range of soaps is available: from the essential “Ginger Lime” or “Aloé Vera & Green Tea”, through the glycerine bars to the exclusive range of moulded soaps. You’ll find everything you need in an environment of fragrance and pleasure. The shop even offers the possibility to cut and stamp your own soap. All this is done with a “local” concern, as the soaps are produced a few kilometres away, near Tour et Taxis.
Taken over in 2020 by two young entrepreneurs, Maxime de Villenfagne and Maxime Pecsteen, the “Savonneries Bruxelloises” have kept the spirit of manufacture, initiated from the beginning, as well as the environmental awareness. The opening of the boutique is part of the brand’s development strategy and meets the need to promote a genuine Brussels know-how. The urban factory has a worldwide network of customers and also markets its own brand “Savonneries Bruxelloises”. Since the takeover, the Savonneries are very proud to have been named “supplier to the Court”!
